Rob and Nadia are a phenomenal team. They sold two homes for us recently. One was our parents' home and the other was ours (that we bought with Rob as our agent way back in 2001). Prior to selling each home, Rob provided excellent advice on what to focus on in preparing the house to sell well. He got to know the strengths of each home and was able to represent those strengths with great skill. The videos prepared to showcase the homes were remarkable, and I think essential in selling them.

 

Particularly awesome was how Rob and Nadia staged our home. We did the work in getting it modernized and painted, but the staging was beautiful and easy to maintain for us as parents of 4 very young children. It is important to note that Rob and Nadia respond to emails very quickly and helped with a few issues as our buying agent at our new home. We've now worked with the Pilons to sell and buy two houses and recommend them with no hesitation. We love our new home and plan to be here a long time, but if we had to sell, we'd choose them again!
