Pay Only 3.6% TOTAL Commission:
I charge a straight-forward all inclusive 3.6% commission rate (plus GST on the commission amount only) to get your home SOLD! There are no prepaid fees, no hidden charges, no false or misleading "bait and switch" costs. (Commission Breakdown - 2.5% commission goes to the Buyer's Agent PLUS 1.1% commission goes to me, the Seller's Agent - for a grand total of only 3.6% commission).

Pay Only 2.5% TOTAL Commission in Rare Cases:
Occasionally, I will list a property and actually find the right buyer myself, thereby eliminating the need to pay a Buyer Agent altogether. WARNING: MLS industry statistics reveal that only about 5% of all listings sell without the involvement of a separate Buyer Agent. Most buyers who call the Seller's Agent from ads or visit Open Houses have their own Buyer's Agent.

3 Hours of FREE Home - Staging:
I have a proven set of "re-decorating" guidelines and "staging techniques" that will help your home sell faster and/or for more money! I provide up to 3 hours of FREE detailed room-by-room consultation to help maximize the visual appeal of your home and create that WOW appeal buyers are looking for.

Very Descriptive MLS Listing:
I'll produce a very detailed MLS listing, highlighting the best features and benefits of your property.

Virtual Side Show:
For that extra visual appeal, I'll generate a virtual slide show tour of your home using still photographs. The virtual tour will be attached to the Realtor's MLS listing and on the listing posted to www.MLS.ca .

Your Home on my Website:
Your property photos, property features, highlights & school websites will be posted on my website.
