I charge a straight-forward all inclusive 3.6% commission rate (plus GST on the commission amount only) to get your home SOLD! There are no prepaid fees, no hidden charges, no false or misleading "bait and switch" costs. (Commission Breakdown - 2.5% commission goes to the Buyer's Agent PLUS 1.1% commission goes to me, the Seller's Agent - for a grand total of only 3.6% commission).

Pay Only 2.5% TOTAL Commission in Rare Cases:
Occasionally, I will list a property and actually find the right buyer myself, thereby eliminating the need to pay a Buyer Agent altogether. WARNING: MLS industry statistics reveal that only about 5% of all listings sell without the involvement of a separate Buyer Agent. Most buyers who call the Seller's Agent from ads or visit Open Houses have their own Buyer's Agent.
