Here's how it works:


Rob and the home-owner will examine every room of the property. As they move through the home, Rob will advise on how to improve the presentation and appeal of each room.


Most of Rob's furniture and accessory selections, placement and re-arrangement recommendations will be to use what the owner already has. Any additional pieces can be purchased or rented at the owner's expense. Rob uses RentWOW and Executive Furniture Rentals to select stylish furniture and modern accessories if the owner wants to rent some pieces. The seller pays for the rental and delivery, and Rob does all the rest. He will visit the rental showroom to consult with the resident stagers to select the best items. Rob and his wife Nadia will then stage all furniture and accessories in the seller's house upon delivery at no additional charge!


However, if the owner doesn't want to spend money on rentals, Rob will limit his suggestions strictly to using what's in the seller's property.


Based on Rob's free room-by-room staging advice, Rob and Nadia will implement and put into action all his recommendations, free of charge if the owner lists the property with him. And when necessary, Rob will hire a labourer to help move furniture pieces from and to other rooms, basement or the garage, at no extra charge to the owner.
