With her background in Administration, Nadia brings relevant experience to enhance Rob’s service to his buyers and sellers. Prior to her role as Rob’s Administrative Assistant, Nadia worked in customer service and management positions where she gained experience implementing improvements and building positive relationships amongst staff and between staff and clients. Nadia holds a BA in Sociology with a minor in Law and Society from York University, as well as a Certificate in Personnel and Industrial Relations from University of Toronto, in addition to being a licensed Montessori teacher.

She manages the day-to-day activities in the office by booking property viewing appointments for buyers, obtaining and relaying buyer feedback from viewings of sellers homes in a timely manner, making sure all
paperwork is completed in full and error-free, preparing Rob’s Offers with Rob’s custom clauses, assuring all docs are submitted to head office and emailed to lawyer’s offices, researching important matters for clients, and answering as many questions as she can, so Rob’s clients can enjoy a stress-free and cared-for real estate experience.
